Enrollment information for the 2026–2027 school year is now available on the Okmulgee Public Schools website. Families may visit the Families and Students page and select the Enrollment tab for important instructions, required documents, and enrollment updates.
Please review the enrollment instructions below. A PDF copy of these instructions is also attached for your convenience.
Enrollment Instructions:

RETURNING STUDENTS - Enrollment must be completed for each student.
- Parents will log into their parent portal to complete enrollment at https://oked.sylogist.com/Okmulgee (also found at Okmulgeeps.com > Families & Students > Enrollment and Student Portal )
- CHOOSE THE STUDENT RECORDS PORTAL TAB
- Update any new information and submit the required documents.

NEW STUDENTS - Enrollment must be completed for each new student.
- Go to https://oked.sylogist.com/okmulgee and click Request an Account.
- Please allow at least 24 business hours for login information to be sent to you.
- Once you receive your login information, you may log in and begin the enrollment process.

STUDENTS WHO LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE OKMULGEE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT - an application must be made for each student
- If you do not live within the Okmulgee Public Schools district, you must complete an Open Transfer Application through the Oklahoma State Department of Education Website.

Once submitted, you will receive a notification from the Oklahoma State Department of Education stating whether your transfer has been approved or denied.
- If approved, you may then proceed with enrolling your student in Okmulgee Public Schools.

Proof of residency (All Students)

Proof of residency must be one of the following:
- Current rental/lease agreement in the parent/guardian’s name
- Current utility bill in the parent/guardian’s name

Proof of residency must be one of the following:
- Birth certificate (New Students)
- Immunization records (New, PK, Kindergarten, and 7th Grade)

Tribal or Band Citizenship Verification (If applicable)
- Tribal or Band Citizenship Verification is required for Tribal or Band Member new students and students who have not previously provided a recognized Tribal ID or Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood, also known as CDIB, to Okmulgee Public Schools.
