Early Release on Friday for Homecoming Parade

Dear Bulldog Families,

We are excited to celebrate Homecoming Week here in Okmulgee! Our team has been working hard to prepare a fun and engaging week for our students, staff, and the entire community.

One of the most anticipated events of the week, the Homecoming Parade, will take place this Friday at 4 PM. In order to allow all students and staff from every school site to attend and enjoy the parade, we will be implementing an early release schedule on Friday afternoon.

Early Dismissal Times:

• Pre-K: 1:30 PM
• Kindergarten–4th Grade: 2:00 PM
• Dunbar Junior High: 2:30 PM
• High School: 2:30 PM

Please note that Pre-K students will be dismissed and load buses 30 minutes earlier than usual, while all other grades will be dismissed and load buses one hour earlier than normal.

We apologize for the short notice and appreciate your understanding as we aim to make this a special event for everyone.
