At Okmulgee Schools we endeavor to see every child develop the full promise of their potential. This means having to achieve a peculiar balance of student discipline, academic rigor, character development, and pro-social maturation. We do this while trying to be fair and understanding yet stern and steadfast at the same time. Through all of this, we try to communicate any issues to parents and students alike while working together to ensure progress toward those goals. Even so, occasionally a parent will have a complaint or concern they feel needs attention. This Parent’s Guide to Resolving School Concerns or Complaints has been developed to assist parents in presenting their case and ensuring their concern is heard. Feel free to use this form in helping you pursue a resolution to your concern or complaint. While the completion of this form is not required, it may help you to organize your thoughts, identify the facts at hand, and guide you through the process.

Information in the OSTP portal showcases your student's performance on the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP) Tests in key academic areas. State test results, when combined with other information (i.e. homework, classwork, report card grades, and local assessments), can help you and the teacher work together to support your student's growth. Your student's State ID number is required to access their scores. If you do not have this number, please contact your student's site at Okmulgee Public Schools.
